اتفاقية الخدمة
الشروط العامة:
- تستخدم الخدمات اللي تقدمها الإستضافة للأغراض المشروعة و التي لا تنتهك حرمة الشريعة الإسلامية.
- الأسعار بالموقع ثابتة ولا يتم تخفيضها إلا في حالة وجود عروض خاصة.
- قد تفرض غرامة على العميل عند مخالفة أحد الشروط لإعادة الخدمة.
- يحق للإستضافة إيقاف خدمة أي عميل مع عدم إبداء أسباب مع تنبيه العميل قبل ذلك.
- شرائك لأي من الخدمات تعبر عن موافقتك لجميع هذه البنود في الصفحة.
- يحق للإستضافة تغيير أو إضافة بنود في هذه الصفحة في اي وقت تراه مناسب و يجب على العميل متابعة البنود حتى بدون تنبيه.
التزامات العميل:
- المحادثة المباشرة تعتبر للمبيعات بالدرجة الأولى ولا يحق للعميل طلب دعم فني عن طريقها.
- التذاكر هي المكان الوحيد لتقديم الدعم الفني الخاص بخدماتنا ولا نقدم الدعم الفني عن طريق سكايب أو غيره.
- العميل مسؤول عن حفظ بيانات الحساب و الخدمات الخاصة به ولا نقدم دعم فني للخدمات إلا من خلال الحساب نفسه.
- العميل مسؤول عن حفظ بيانات الخدمات الخاصة به ولا تقوم الاستضافة بتوفر نسخ احتياطية من قبلها.
- التعدي أو التلفظ على احد منسوبي الإستضافة بقصد أو بغير قصد يعرض الحساب و الخدمات للإيقاف.
- لا يحق للعميل التجريح أو التشهير بالاستضافة او منسوبيها ، و في حالة حدوث ذلك تحتفظ الإستضافة بحق إيقاف حساب العميل و حذف جميع الخدمات.
التزامات الاستضافة:
- تلتزم الاستضافة بحفظ بيانات العميل و عدم تزويدها لأي جهة كانت ما لم تكن جهة رسمية.
- تلتزم الإستضافة بتوفير المواصفات المطلوبة من العميل و توفيرها خلال فترة من ساعة إلى 48 ساعة بعد الدفع.
- تلتزم الإستضافة بالمحافظة على مستوى الخدمة المقدمة و محاولة تحسينها في حالة وجود مشاكل -لا قدر الله-.
- تلتزم الإستضافة بتعويض العملاء في حالة تعطل الخدمات بسبب خارج عن إرادة العميل -لا قدر الله- فترة لا تقل عن فترة التوقف.
- تلتزم الإستضافة في حالة انتهاء فترة اشتراك أحد الخدمات تزويد العميل نسخة احتياطية في فترة لا تتجاوز اسبوع من تاريخ الإنتهاء.
نظام إعادة الأموال:
- يحق للعميل طلب إعادة الأموال المدفوعة مع توضيح سبب مقنع خلال 3 أيام.
- يتم إعادة الأموال المدفوعة إلى نفس الحساب المدفوع منه في حال كان الدفع عن طريق CashU او PayPal.
- يتم إعادة الاموال المدفوعة عن طريق بطائق الشحن إلى حساب العميل في الاستضافة.
- يتم النظر في بعض الحالات قبل البدء بإعادة الأموال.
شروط سيرفرات ماينكرافت:
- العميل مسؤول عن الاضافات - العوالم الخاصة بالسيرفر ولا نقدم دعم فني لها.
- يحق للعميل رفع ملفات خاصة للعبة ماينكرافت فقط ولا يحق له رفع غيرها.
- بإمكان العميل تركيب مودات على السيرفرات ذات رام 1 قيقا و أعلى.
- يحق للإستضافة ايقاف السيرفر مؤقتاً او حذف بعض الاضافات في حال وجود استهلاك عالي CPU.
- يتم حذف السيرفر بعد 7 أيام من تاريخ انتهاء الفترة ولا يمكن للعميل طلب تجديد السيرفر بنفس الآيبي.
- عدد اللاعبين المُعلن لا يعني بالضرورة أن السيرفر سوف يعمل بشكل طبيعي عند تواجد ذلك العدد ، هناك عوامل آخرى تحدد عدد اللاعبين الأقصى بدون لاق.
شروط سيرفرات التيم سبيك:
- لا يمكن للعميل الحصول على رتبة Admin Server Query.
- لا يمكن للعميل رفع أو تنزيل Snapshot على السيرفر.
- العميل مسؤول عن الغرف - الصلاحيات الخاصة بالسيرفر ولا نقدم دعم فني لها.
- في حال توقف السيرفر بسبب من الإستضافة يتم تعويض العميل بهذه الفترة.
شروط بوتات التيم سبيك الصوتية:
- البوتات خاصة بتشغيل المقاطع الصوتية وليست للتحكم بالسيرفر.
- لا نضمن عمل جميع المقاطع على البوت.
- لانضمن فعالية البوت للعمل على جميع السيرفرات.
- لانضمن توافق البوت مع جميع السكربتات.
شروط سيرفرات KVM:
- يمكنك استخدام السيرفرات للأغراض المشروعة فقط.
- يتم إيقاف السيرفر مؤقتاً في حال استهلاك كامل البيانات الشهرية المحددة لك.
- العميل مسؤول عن حفظ الملفات الخاصة به ولا نقدم ضمانة لعدم فقدان البيانات.
- يحق للإستضافة إيقاف السيرفر في حال وجود استهلاك CPU عالي بشكل متكرر.
- يتم إيقاف السيرفر مباشرة في حال وجود عمليات غير مشروعة من خلال السيرفر.
- يتم حذف السيرفر بعد 7 أيام من تاريخ انتهاء الفترة ولا يمكن للعميل طلب تجديد السيرفر نفسه.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.Minors
BlocksHost does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to use the BlocksHost website or services, and BlocksHost requests that minors under the age of 18 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding minors under the age of 18 is not collected, BlocksHost does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding minors under the age of 18.Accepted Payment Methods & Currencies
We have a set of default currencies (USD, SAR) Also, you can pay with another currency if the issuing bank agrees to convert the money internally.We will show you the available payment methods when you are paying for your order. For most currencies, you can pay using your debit or credit card. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mada, Paypal and STC. Your card must have a 16-digit card number, an expiry date and 3D security enabled (CVV). We accept Credit/Debit cards which are issued from most of international banks.
Delivery Policy
